Having said that this is a stupid attention seeking bill by some no name low intelligence representative trying to be cute and it is not going to get out of committee, much less pass both legislative bodies.

I'd call those northern schools' bluff and say "try it". I'd be willing to bet other southern based schools wouldn't be so thrilled to have some rogue Yankees getting all buster happy on the conference. Plus, judging from this year's CAA final, I'd be willing to bet the commissioner would rather boot a northern school than us. Just saying.
