ASUN women's lax to split into two leagues - one ASUN and the other Southern

The ASUN will have full members Jacksonville, Kennesaw St, and Stetson and affiliate members Coastal Carolina, Howard, and ODU. Surprised NJIT doesn't offer women's lax.

The Southern Conference will have Furman, Wofford, Mercer and affiliates Central Michigan, Detroit, and Delaware St. Wofford is starting women's lax. With just 1500 students, Jerry Richardson of the Carolina Panthers has given Wofford some impressive academic and athletics buildings.

Kent St will be starting lax later, presumably as an affiliate in the Southern conf. Cleveland St may also add it, as they have started men's lax.

Would assume the Big East with will be splitting it's women's lax league too, into a Big East one and an American one. Next year, ECU is starting a team so presume ODU would go American and Delaware St would move to the ASun.
