Josh Pastner? I see a lot of similarities between the two situations. Two fan bases who's expectations are a little too high, IMO. We tried to warn the Memphis fans that things would not be the same, but they did not listen. They just thought the train would keep moving. All they said was he's a great recruiter, and blah, blah, blah. There's a big difference between being the assistant and the head man. I don't think you should lower your expectations, but you should be real with yourself and expect some growing pains as he cuts his teeth. At a minimum he gets three years to show progress. What I see, isn't great, but it's far from bad. I just think we need to let him get more experience, and not blame him for every little detail. It takes time to get the details down. Nobody is perfect. JMO
