Don't know if i'm reading too in between the lines or not but pharr just had their state of the city address and they said they were going to partner up with Utrgv to build a new aquatics center designed for competitions. Utrgv isn't going to build a new aquatics center just because. They are probably adding a womens swim team. They need more womens sports to start football. We'll need to see if softball gets added. That would basically confirm football.
