College Football Bottom 25 rankings: It's nearly time to crown our champion
"Texas State is the only team in our Bottom 10 with a game left to play, which keeps things rather simple. If Texas State loses to Arkansas State this weekend, it's our Bottom 25 champion. If it wins, then the title will go to either Rutgers or Kansas."
