Neither side has a clue how to reverse the current transition from a production economy to a retail/service economy, which is the key to growing the economy, bringing good jobs back to the country, and resolving income and wealth inequality.
Neither side has a clue how to keep us out of wars that we don't intend to win.
Neither side has a clue how to reduce crime, particularly violent crime, in the black and brown communities, which is the chief cause of 1) our high national murder rate, and 2) the recent allegations of police brutality.
Neither side has a clue how to increase the availability and quality of health care, without breaking the bank.
Neither side has a clue how to keep social security from driving off a cliff within the next two decades.
Neither side has a clue how to improve the quality of education, or do anything more than throw more and more money at a failed system.

Or at least if either side has a clue, nobody on either side has expressed it.

I think it's smart strategy. Trump purposefully gets his wife to read off plagiarized words, the Trump campaigns tips the media off about the plagiarism, the media goes crazy over this along with the RNC circus. Everybody forgets about all the stuff that he lacks to talk about the sideshow.

We're going to get to November and Trump is never going to have to answer hard questions because he'll systematically throw little cookie crumbs out there to throw the media off his trail; the media cannot adjust to this.
