just because the "return" isn't in the form of cash? well i definitely disagree with your entire mindset on this. bottom line is we desperately needed to upgrade that entire complex. especially the softball stadium when Title IX complaints started to come to surface.
Of course you disagree, you're the primary water carrier for our administration.
