Swinney currently makes $3.3M base salary. How much of a raise does he get?
Any guesses? The media is already slobbering all over themselves to make him Saban's successor, but I don't think money will be a factor of he does leave. Clemson can pay competitively and competing for national titles is obviously possible. Infrastructure and administrative support at Clemson is better than ever and recruiting is booming. Given his "sweat equity" in Clemson, he may choose to stay. He's created a culture that you can't create at Bama because another culture already exists. If he does leave for Bama one day, I can't imagine Clemson would have much difficulty filling the position.

On a related note, I think the $3.3M is not including incentives, so his actual compensation this year will be substantially higher.
