Did you tip off the authorities about these people who are violating one of the 10 commandments? Thou shalt not steal. Not righting an injustice is a violation of God's laws.

They've done it legally. So the govmint knows.

According to the govmint they aren't abusing it. What's needed are tougher controls. Because if you think about it most of us would qualify and if we were dishonest and lacked morals we'd all be on disability.
