The depth and versatility of running backs is a pleasant surprise. Bogan is quick, shiftiy, and explosive and heads for the goal line.
Wide receivers are amazing. I have even noticed Davis adopting some Braverman moves of late to get extra yardage after the catch. Henry is gifted as well.
Terrel is a very poised QB and is willing to take punishment after the throw. His experience has reduced his mistakes and he has become even more reliable.
Flacco is a pleasant surprise. It was fun seeing him hurdle over the Eastern tackler.
The O-line has really come together. Very young and gaining experience and confidence.
Nacho mentioned in a post that Broncos may have to score 70 points in each of their last three games since they gave up 28 to Eastern.
He has a point...but it leans more to the defensive side of the ball where the backs cannot lose their men and give up big gains.
As mentioned in a previous post, really glad the Haldeman is hitting those field goals and points after. That was a real weakness. Have to
give Fleck credit for sticking with him and developing his confidence.
Also, offensively, the Broncos are displaying multiple offensive schemes and each game seem to be gaining momentum and confidence there.
Have a great Halloween everyone.
How do you get 47.5 pts in the 4 Conference games? CMU=41, OU=49,
Miami U=35, and EMU=58. 41+49+35+58=183/4=45.75
I should have used Fact Check. I just assumed the average in the post title was correct.
Thanks for checking the math, Boca Rocket. I always need help.
45.75 points a game still looks pretty good.
