Longwood was picked 6th of 11 in the Big South preseason poll, ranking between Gardner-Webb and UNC Asheville. http://www.bigsouthsports.com/entries/hi...eason-poll

Their roster lists a 6'6", a 6'7", 3 guys at 6'8" and 1 at 6'9". A little something for our bigs to contend with. http://longwoodlancers.com/roster.aspx?path=mbasket

Clearly it sounds like we need work. But 25 points better than the middle of the Big South, though nothing to be satisfied with, is not the worst starting point for a team as new to each other as the Bucs are this year.
