Who said the bold quotes? Was it Tuberville or Kiel? Usually if a new person is being quoted you start a new paragraph, but the fact that he leads with "Tuberville abmits..." makes me think he said it.

Or maybe I just don't understand writing like I think I do? I am an engineer after all.

Its his style and schtick....its his "voice". Im good with it.
