Can you cite the page(s) where you found the numbers being discussed? I have yet to read the whole report (plan to tonight or tomorrow), so this would help.
That would be page 17 Athletic Department Expenses with Football, Bowling and Riffle. FY15 Budget $29,214,042 - FY17 Budget $33,808,404 = $4,594,362 Delta. Also, these figures include Coach Hasse New Deal.
