They would be better off in the MWC, and the MWC would be better off to get into Texas.

Only, if you're going to partake of the Texas apple, don't nibble. Take a huge bite. Get the SA/Hou/Dall markets all at once. They will take all 4.


A MWC-16 makes a lot of geographic sense with 2 divisions on each side of the Rockies.
