I thought it was low class of Bubba to include the damage to South Building because it shows he can't seem to differentiate between an athletic team visiting another university and run of the mill students. UNC needs to ditch the PR advice firms and just start using common sense in how they handle problems.

They could have squelched the massive cheating scandal years ago, but instead they have played for time and drug it out years - hurting the academic image for the sake of the athletic image.

I suspect Bubba and Fedora got to right checks because Folt and the academic faction is tired of being embarrassed by the out of touch comments and actions by the athletic department. Even Roy's said some stupid stuff in the last few years comparing a loosing streak to the earthquake in Haiti and wanting to shoot NC State fans in the Dean Dome with a BB-gun.

Tone deaf is the best description.

There is a core of people surrounding UNC that are more interested in making money off UNC-Ch than they are interested in UNC-Ch's welfare. That happened at NC State 25 years ago and it's taken move than 25 years to recover.

It probably was state fans....typical.
