The game was at six locally. The game was located down in Santa Clara, think San Jose. It isn't exactly a short drive from San Fran/Oakland. Those fans may grudgingly make that drive for the 49ers but that is on Sunday. This was Friday night. Those folks would have already fought rush hour traffic to get home, then they would have had to do whatever they do when they get home, THEN they would have had to drive down to Santa Clara through more rush hour traffic in order to go to a PAC Championship game that didn't have a local team in it.

The weather was pretty damn ugly too. It shouldn't surprise anyone that the turnout was low. It was a terrible choice of venue and it was an absolutely terrible kick off time. FOX and the PAC really screwed up with that one.

I was aware of all of that before I posted.

How delightfully misleading. Go ahead and TRY to convince the ignorant this is true, when you and I know its not.

What misleading? That I didn't know the game was on a Friday?

That I have never been to San Francisco?

That I don't know about Bay Area traffic?

That I don't know where Santa Clara is?

Ok.......

Where were all the Arizona and Oregon fans? That is my point.

The game apparently wasn't important enough to enough of them to make the trek.
