Parking and Tailgating at WMU
Tailgating is permitted from two and one-half hours prior to kickoff (8:30 AM ET) to the start of the game, and for one hour after the game. Tailgating is not permitted during the game or at half time.

$10 per car.

Going off of the info on the WMU site here are the tailgating lots open to the public for day of game parking...
#1, 2, 13, 16, 47, 70, 80 & 94...I don't even see lots 47, 70, 80 and 94 on the map.

They supposedly have a shuttle that goes from the ice arena (by lot 13 & 16) to just outside the West side of the stadium but those never seem to be around when you need it.

Lot 1 & 2 would be much more sheltered from the wind than 13 & 16.
