Yes we did recruit him and made the same offer you did. He was told he would have been given the chance to compete for the QB job.

The kid is a game changer with his speed and quickness.

Your defense is quick, physical and athletic, and those two monster DLs made running between he tackles very difficult. Your DBs made plays when it counted. Our WR were not physical enough to finish our last two drives.

The last drive (ended in an interception) was not on the receivers. That one is on Paxton. He was throwing a bullet to Cross, and their DB was just waiting to jump the route. He should have put a little air on it - the ball was intercepted about 2/3rds of the distance to Cross.

Houston disguised its D very well
