Jim Delany has some ideas. Like Detroit(no problem in that, has Ford Field and Red Wings' new arena available), Omaha(has newish arena available) and Minneapolis. That one surprised me, even though I live here. The B1G wants to use the Vikings' new stadium, but the tournament conflicts with the State High School hockey tournament in St. Paul. And you know there will be pressure on the MSHSL not to move the tournament out of town. It may move to a different week, but the MSHSL could move one of the basketball tournaments to B1G week. I don't think it's a good idea for the B1G to consider the Twin Cities.
