And that is what they will join, in my not so humble opinion, as five western teams get brought in for a western division of five teams in a 20 team AAC that is the Gatekeeper "best of the rest" conference.

Hell, with an expanded national playoff to six teams and a P4 instead of a P5, that conference could very well get tapped as the provider of the yearly Cinderella. That is unless they don't have a stand out but with 20 teams of the top Mid Majors, that shouldn't be a problem most years.

a 20 team conference is a money loser given the way the playoff money is distributed to the g5.

and it will be a decade or two before we go p4 of ever.
