Memphis Game Day Concert Series
Pretty cool idea I think.

The Memphis Tigers are once again investing in the "game day experience" as athletic department officials released details of the Tailgate Concert Series, presented by Horseshoe Casino Tunica, on Tuesday.

The University Athletic Department, in partnership with Horseshoe Casino Tunica, will present free live music near Tiger Lane prior to each of the Tigers' first four home games of the 2014 season. Musical artists include local and national touring acts.

Headlining the concert performances will be Pat Green (Sept. 20), Thompson Square (Oct. 11) and Bret Michaels (Oct. 31). Local favorites Kevin and Bethany Paige will kick-off the festivities as they perform prior to the season opener on Aug. 30.
