They could be ahead of the Sun Belt and CUSA and that quote would be accurate.

If they were top dog they would have said so (such as all G5 conferences not other G5 conferences).

In today’s poor excuse for journalism you have to really read to see what they meant. Its all about clicks and that misleading quote will drive traffic more than "MAC TV deal now middle of the G5 road".
