RE: Tiger Football Lead By Paxton!!!
I will say two things for Paxton:

1) I don't ever recall seeing us have a receiving corp that dropped as many passes that were in catch-able locations as ours did last year.

2) I don't remember what home game it was, but Paxton threw a 50+ yard pass on a frozen rope that probably didn't get higher than 12-15 feet off the ground and hit a guy in stride down the middle of the seam. I can't remember the last QB we had that could throw a dart that far, that hard..... Steve Matthews?

Did the guy make some boneheaded decisions? Sure. Might we have won a game or two more with Karam? Maybe. But I do think Fuente made the right call to let Paxton pay the "dumb dumb" dues last year in exchange for more potential and experience this year.
