If you are going stricly by lines of longitute, then Tulsa, SMU, Houston, Tulane, Memphis, and Cincinnati are the schools furthest west. Period.

However, I suspect that UC would prefer to be in the east with UConn, Temple, USF, etc. so that is why I suggest Navy to the west, if they are agreeable to this

You could also do a north south arrangement. I'm not a huge fan of zipper divisions, but this is also a viable alternative.
