I mean, you do understand that the amount you are paid is usually based on past performance, right?

Believe me, I get that. The point is, there are people on this board who have unbelievably high, unrealistic expectations. Demanding that Josh, with 5 years experience, do things that a hall of fame coach with 3 decades of experience at a Top 5 program, multiple championships, and better players still has trouble doing is silly.
