Marshall beat Houston last year without a defense. Marshall has a good defense this year.

Did you really say last year....01-wingedeagle

Yeah, Einstein. It's the only measuring stick we have between UTSA, Houston and Marshall. What else would you like me to do, put on my Carnac hat?

I have no idea what happens Saturday. UTSA's a good team. I'm damned close to being willing to say they are the best team in the west. But we have to date shared no competition. The closest thing is the late-season game we had against UH last year. I think Marshall's offense is about like last years, a little more balanced and a little better, maybe. But the D is clearly better. I think this game comes down to the huge blunder. If one team makes one, or several, they lose. I'd say the betting lines are about right, but what do I know.
