How Do You Rank C-USA's Teams After 2 Weeks?
Still early, but this is how I see it right now.

East

1. ECU/Marshall -both still undefeated
3. Middle Tenn -put 20 points on a decent ACC team
4. UAB -Hey, it's a loss to LSU... None of us would have won
5. FAU -A least ECU is still in C-USA
6. FIU -Blanked by UCF
7. S. Miss -the home game that wasn't

West

1. Rice -Bye week
2. Tulsa -close win over CO State, but is Tulsa who we thought they were?
3. UNT/UTSA/LA Tech -Too close to call
6. UTEP -Lost at home to the team UTSA beat on the road last week
7. Tulane -Lost at home to South Alabama
