Fourth Daniel Bice at the MJS has been publishing leaked information for months. This is a John Doe investigation, which means that any evidence or information obtained is supposed to be secret. Since you're stupid I'll dumb it down for you. Secret means it shouldn't be leaked.
So it's not a conspiracy theory that information has been leaked. It's a fact. If you weren't so ignorant you'd have known that.

It's not a conspiracy because nobody is conspiring. They're totally open about their prejudices, as you note.
