I'd try and figure out how to take App St. and GaSouthern...automatic rivalry. They already hate each other.

I think that would work well for the Belt (two bitter rivals with ample fan support and traditions of winning), however the current money and admin situation at Southern is not ripe for FBS right now. App State is in another boat as they are ready to move now and have ample cash and facilities to do it.
