None of the new teams can join until 2013 the earliest, so how is it the thing to let those schools leave the BE early? That is blinded and makes no sense.

I thought UCF, Hou and SMU can get out for the 2012 season.

Already negotiated and will happen.

Thats what I'm hearing as well.
