You brought up having 17 wins for 10 straight years which is indeed incredible but then still being 130 wins shy, but then you would only have to average 10 wins a year for the next 13, which isnt incredibly difficult.
The main point I was trying to make (maybe I wasnt all that clear about it) but anyways its not all that uncommon for pitchers to have 20+ season careers. Lets say you pitch for 23 years (like Moyer) you only have to average about 13 wins a season, not easy but certainly not other worldly.
averaging 10 wins/year for 13 seasons is pretty good if it's in the beginning and tail end of your career
