I think Seattle U's Hayford and NMSU's Jans have already proven they every bit as formidable as head coaches as CSUB's Barnes; who some arguably considered to be the best X&O coach in the WAC.

Despite very underwhelming stats at Wisconsin and Vermont, both Hill and Hearlihy are going off this year. Hearlihy has become almost another William Powell. True freshman, and local, Aaron Nettles has been bery nice too.

Besides St Marys this week and Cal next week, the rest of the OOC is very easy. The team has been on a roll and I'm ready to admit I underestimated the talent Hayford has utilized. I think SU will finish top 4 in the WAC this year, even as high as #2. Plus Matej Kavas, even as a rsSophomore has a legit shot at WAC POY already. He has been playing out of his mind. I cant admit I thought any different from really anyone else in thinking Frayer deserved FOY over Kavas... but clearly the coaches saw what we didn't. At this rate, Kavas will be a top 3 player in the conference going forward.

Next year though.... Seattle U has to be considered a WAC favorite. The youth of Dollar's leftovers that are proving (just 10 games in) that they can excel under Hayford, better than they did under Dollar, will be joined by the 3-point specialists Hayford brought in. Especially Delante Jones. Hayford already is landing 3 stars with high major offers out of high school and the future is extremely bright. Lots to be excited about

Seattle just may be a sleeping giant.

Admittedly, to this point, Hayford has done the best job of taking new players and molding them into a good team. Jans has done a good job for NMSU, however most of Jans top contributors are players who were in NMSU's program prior to his hiring. Hill, Hearlihy, and Gittens have made a world of difference toward Seattle's prospects of winning the conference. Aside from Zach Lofton, none of Jans signees have currently stepped up to the same level of impact as Seattle's three grad transfer additions.

Poor Clarity. CSUB is sucking since the Big West announcement. Delicious.
