Would be an excellent opportunity for busting the CFP if ECU could field a team worth a damn.
Tough talk for a team that didn't win a damn game just a couple of years ago.
We have 2 AAC titles in 4 years, remind me of how many ECU has.
Yeah, but you only got a 2/3 size trophy the first time.

[AP Poll] USF no. 19
Kind of nice not seeing SMU in the bottom 10. Vegas is smoking crack as the most recent odds show us as having the best odds in the AAC to win the national championship at 200 to 1. USF is 300 to 1.

Where are all the USF fans on the board to claim flagship status on this thread?
They aren't here?
Is it because this ranking is.... OVERRATED!

It actually isn't. UCONN's best year is widely considered to be the 2009 season. We went 8-5 that year with regular season wins at Baylor, at Notre Dame, and a bowl win vs South Carolina. The 5 losses were to 8-win UNC by 2, #4 Cincinnati by 2, #15 Pitt by 3, #25 WVU by 4, and 9-win Rutgers by 4.
We went to the Fiesta Bowl in 2010 because we sucked the least in one of the Big East's worst years, not because it was our best season ever.
Best do better research next time. I give you a D.

LOL. The wins at Notre Dame and vs South Carolina in a bowl are the 2 biggest wins in the program's short history. That makes 2009 our best season ever. Keep trying.

Temple fans smack talking 8 win seasons is a bit ironic when your school's only had 6 seasons above 8 wins since 1930. Move over Alabama.

Not saying it isn't going to happen at some point, but frankly I don't see it. The reason Temple was so bad previously is they didn't invest in the program...That has changed considerably.
Well at least Uconn has their "savior" back lol!
