Shoot. Scott was a career criminal and didn't comply. By not following a lawful order,.. Scott was breaking the law.

Since when does breaking the law mean you get killed?

Since always when you put other's lives in dangers.
People who text while driving endanger lives do they get shot and killed too?

If each officer had a a K-9 partner at a cost of $10k to train. And a perp ran from the police or didn't comply, then the dog would be dispatched immediately. I gaurantee more would of these dolts would;
1. Be alive today
2. Would comply
3. Would some entertaining camera footage.

No, but if caught texting and driving they will get arrested. And if they exit their vehicle in possession of a hand gun they will be directed to drop their weapon. And if they disregard such commands then yes it's very possible they would be shot. Look it's rather simple if you are told to "drop the gun" you drop the gun. What's so freaking hard about that?

If you continue to do so while ignoring police commands to stop, maybe.

I would actually support that.

As an aside, did you know that cops with K9's are encouraged to masturbate their dogs in order to create a bond?

Quote:"The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too." -- Samuel Butler, Notebooks, 1912

"We're filing charges." -- Powhatan County D.A.'s Office, 2009

"...And they call it, 'Puppy Love'..." -- countless singers

Five Virginia Department of Corrections officers are in the dog house, having been charged with cruelty to an animal.

The arrests came after one of them was caught on video tape fondling Rin Tin Tin's ***** while at training at the Academy for Staff Development (seriously, that's its name). The explanation later given was that the fondler had been a victim of hazing, duped into believing that by masturbating the dastardly dog he'd establish control over it (a practice proven effective with the male of our species...).

I swear its incomprehensible remedial math for some people. Even forgetting that the vast majority of these are felons illegally in possession or under disability, have gun and LEOs says drop it, you damn well drop it. No explanation or negotiation required if you like remaining non-ventilated.

I knew what you were talking about. What you failed to comprehend was the fact it was a hazing incident. Anybody with a modicum of intelligence reads that article and says "What a bunch of dumbasses to fall for that." You read it and think that it's normal procedure, thus my original point stands. You might well be the stupidest human being on this planet.

Not trying to confirm anything. Just showing that it does in fact happen.

I'd be too afraid of having to explain to the authorities that he indeed suffocated himself with the bag.
