Don't forget, WMU beat you buy 22 earlier in the year. When they are on, they can beat (or at least go to overtime with) anyone.
Everyone thinks their school is going to win out the rest of their games. This is what makes MAC basketball fun. Good luck.
NIU fans most assuredly do NOT think they are going to win out. UT is a different team now. But, we'll see...

lol ok, i should have left them out.
WMU is a different team as well. The record doesn't show it, but they had OT games vs akron and kent state, and lost the game at buffalo on some last second missed free throws. They seem to always struggle at toledo. It should be a good game.

You are completely correct...although until I went to quote you and saw who you "root for" I thought you were a UB fan. Against the OOC competition this year, WMU was really flopping and I thought they were going to be a bust and I thought Ball State was going to be the team on this side. You guys really have seemed to turn it around. BTW, I watched your game against Buffalo the other night (I think it was Buffalo). That Stainsomethingorother guy you have on your team sure is kind of goofy huh? I hear he's a good player though? Not really trying to make fun of him...he's just someone that if I saw him outside of my television, I would have never guessed he were a Division 1 basketball player. Then again, I couldn't believe Lance Moore was a D1 football player when he was in my accounting class. Moral of the story I guess is that I don't really know what I'm talking about.

Maybe the Rockets will concert to assert themselves more diligently on the boards next time.

just got home, haven't read through the thread yet, but lets just say that the whole arena knew that we were there, and even though we were up in the mountains known as general admission, coach k acknowledged us as he was walking into the tunnel

It was nice to meet you guys. We need more fans that aren't afraid to start UT cheers in opponent arenas like you guys. It was my pleasure to enjoy this nice win with you.
The Toledo presence was small, but as you mentioned - "noticable". MOB, the team, and their parents noticed too. I am sure they appreciate the support.
Toledo looked like a better team. They looked confident and are beginning to play like a team. It takes a little time, but it is coming. Wonnel did a nice job containing Ball State's inside game as a starter. It looked like Toledo came with a plan. Nice job coach K and staff.
Go Rockets!!

BG ran into the same thing we did against OU- Cooper waking up. If he ever bothers to put a whole game together the opponent is going to look very bad. Against us he played hard for the first three minutes and the last three and still got 18 points and a bunch of assists.
