Rolleyes Beckman needs a grammar lesson and a new script
One thing becomes painfully obvious if you follow Beckman on twitter. The only punctuation he is aware exists are exclamation points!!

He needs a new script also. Substitute rocket for illini in his tweets and it's déjà vu all over again!

When I left my last job to take my job in Toledo I pretty much wrote in the same style! used the same boiler plate language in reports! the same nomenclature to describe activities! etc! I just substituted Lucas County for Allen County in my paperwork! Can!t imagine why coaches wouldn!t be expected to do the same! The exclamation point thing is a little annoying! I!d never do that! but can understand sticking with what works!

In 5-10 years, nobody will know how to spell or write properly, period.

When my daughter was very young I asked her if she wanted to eat spaghetti- No. Soup? No. Do you want to eat peanut butter? No. Turning to the dog I asked "Do you want to eat, Bear?" To which my daughter responded, somewhat heatedly, "No! Bear is our friend!"

We saw the same old B.S. script when our former coach, aka the Goober Gopher, aka HWSNBN (He Who Shall Not Be Named), made his escape to Minnesota. Same old tired cliches, same story about his wife, same reference to how hard it was to leave his former school, etc., etc.

Here's a hilarious take on his first press conference at Minnesota:

I'm sure you all realize by now that it was FOUR words into the speech when he first used "tremendous".
