I would be happy with Hugh or Randy. I think both would do very well here.

Randy has some serious football knowledge. From an experience standpoint he is by far the best choice. However his media/press skills are dry.

Hugh has the charisma and the ability to rally a fanbase. Less experience but good with the press/fans.
