You'll see.

Duhon - 15 PPG 8 APG
Jones - 18 PPG 5 RPG
Ewing - 16 PPG 3 APG
Redick - 8 PPG
Shav - 13 PPG 5 RPG
Shelden - 8 PPG 6 RPG
Dock - 3 PPG 5 APG
Thompson - 2 PPG 4 RPG
Horvath - 6 PPG 3 RPG
Melch - 2 PPG 1 RPG

93 PPG sounds about right

Well UNC will easily be able to beat Duke if your frontcourt starters (Thompson, Shav) only combine for 15 points a game.

May and Jawad will probably combine for about 15-25 points a game.

WTF? Where did anyone say that Thompson would start?

Shav and Shelden will start with Ewing, Duhon and Jones.

That makes 21 frontcourt points for Duke's starters.

Oh, and another thing, we have something called depth this year.

Please, try to find some with UNC's 6 man deep team this year.

Yeah you're right, Thompson probably won't start.

Anyways, UNC will be more than 6 deep:
These guys will play most of the minutes:
Felton
McCants
May
Williams
Scott
Manual

But these guys will get some time, and one of them will surprise MANY:
Noel, Grant

These guys will play sparingly:
Holmes, Johnson, Sanders

I'd say that we are about 8 deep.

Now Duke womens basketball is ignoring PG recruits. Why is G recruiting 3 post players as the only recruits this year, when the incoming freshman class already has 2 star centers and sophomore Whitley is also a center, not to mention 6'4" Tillis? After landing #1 ranked Hunter, does Duke really need to go after 2 more centers instead of a PG? Duke's PG situation is very shaky. 5'5" junior Krapohl is a defensive liability and the least talented player on the team. 5'8" freshman Harding is probably the second worst player on the team and averaged 25 ppg and only 4 apg in HS. Freshman Howe may not see a minute of playing time after 2 recent ACL injuries, and is a shooting guard who averaged 25 ppg and 3 apg in HS. Mosch is definitely not a PG, neither is 6' freshman Foley who averaged 22 ppg and just 1 apg. Where's the PG? Duke could have gone after star PG recruits with high rankings and 10 apg and decided not to. Who's going to distribute the ball to all the star centers?
