I lay this all on coaching. Lack of motivation, penalties, discipline, etc. is all on coaching.

Yup. I know it won't happen, but we should cut our losses while we can and start a real national search for a new coach.

We need someone with HC experience or someone that has been a real OC or DC (not assistant OC or associate DC).
