Was USF always in 2025 or did that get pushed back too?

Yes Maryland game moved. I wonder if it had been rescheduled. Maryland would hopefully pay a large payout if they pulled out of the return game. I believe more schedule adjustments will happen.

I hope some of the people that typically post negative will give credit to STF for this one. A winnable P5 SEC school that's within driving distance. Who knows where either program will be at that time but I think it's a great game to schedule. Significant payout as well. I won't hold my breath for positive comments to roll in though.

Negative comments are not the problem. It’s the constant brage of negative comments from the same person(s) during normal working hours that’s a problem. These individuals have so much free time they basically own our community platform with their constant rhetorics and unwillingness to concede. Unfortunately, it brings a dark cloud to our forum. If peeps like MadDawgz are so right then pleeeease create your own forum. I mean these “knowledgeable” peeps should be able to build a community..right? Otherwise say your IMO then STF up.

I can see where some repetition of a point is needed by posters to drive it home. That makes perfect sense, but I agree when the same point is made ad nausea it really gets frustrating and brings the overall board down a notch.

Isn't Kentucky the level of P5 program we could actually lure into Huskies Stadium? A 1-and-1 would have been nice.

Athletics wants to minimize home games with P5 schools and instead play them as away games because of the big payouts. Plus, with our anemic attendance, we can't offer much to the P5 schools to play at Huskie Stadium. I would expect to see more 3 or 4 away OOC games in the future. The payouts on the big away games are just too much for them to pass up.

Besides the return of Saturday games, occasional P5 home games are needed to rebuild the game day attendance interest. Need this $ thing to normalize ASAP.

I remember people in the parking lot scalping tickets to one of the Iowa State games in Dekalb, my jaw dropped.

I'm fine with these games as they're are the lifeline for the football program right now to stay relevant. I would like to see the assistant coaches salaries start to go up a bit soon. NIU football is far behind in that aspect

Great scheduling. Can’t wait.

Should be a good NIU crowd traveling to that one and a competitive ball game.
