ETSU currently 14-1; LIKELY FINISH 17-1. Bucs are 12-1 at home, lost to Troy, beat UNK, Georgia Southern, UNCG

Home vs Wofford FRIDAY
Home vs Furman SUNDAY
Citadel should have beaten us and Wofford and Furman will be tough. But we should win out at home. Heck of a week's prep for the tournament.
UNCG currently 12-3; LIKELY FINISH 14-4; road record is 7-6, 5-3 in conference. I'm betting that they lose at Wofford like they lost at Mercer

8 or 9 seed winner: most likely Citadel (possibly VMI)
4 or 5 seed winner: most likely Wofford (possibly Furman or Mercer)
most likely 2nd seed: UNCG
UNCG as 2nd seed will face:
7 or 10 seed winner: most likely Samford (possibly Chattanooga)
3 or 6 seed winner: most likely Furman (possibly Wofford or Mercer)
most likely 1st seed: ETSU

Depends on how they perform against ETSU and how Wofford does vs UNCG. If Wofford beats UNCG it goes to Wofford since UNCG has already shut out Furman.

The tie breaker is head to head, then performance against other seeds, highest to lowest. It’s unlikely that would ever be identical, but if so there would be a coin flip.

There are no coin flips. If a tie still exists after going thru the w-l records against all seeds, the highest RPI at RPIrankings.com will get the higher seed. It’s all readily available on SoCon website.

Probably depends on how much time is left between both games being over. Personally, I wouldn't care waiting 5 or maybe even 10 minutes, but not half an hour or longer.
To be honest I could care less if Wofford beats UNCG, I just want The Citadel round 2 to go much better then the first game against them. That particular win was in some ways a more painful then some outright losses that I've seen over the years.

We would head for the exits, and what is wrong with that? There is no way to adaquately educate the fans about that scenario and we dont do a good job of keeping fans updated on games. In any event, I think our celebration should be after our final regular season game. Lets cut nets down Sunday afternoon after a big win.

Shows my age. What did we do before the internet...
A win over Citadel does give us guarantee of a #1 seed, correct? I believe the women are already locked at the #2 seed. You can plan your weekend in Asheville accordingly after we defeat Citadel.

It does not. We need 2 wins or a UNCG loss (and 1 win) to get the #1 seed. UNCG holds the tiebreaker over us.

No. Unless..................in a stroke of inspiration (hereby provided).........the powers that be show that game's progress on the video board during the ETSU game. It may require espn's approval or something, but having several live look-ins during our game would be neat.

There is a chance Mercer could overtake wofford in the standings. Depending on who would win the tie breaker between Mercer and wofford, it may be more important to win against Furman than wofford.
