This listing of articles from Realclear Politics shows the vast chasm between right and left. Usually the titles only hint at how extreme the articles are. There are some thoughtful articles on the right in addition to the extreme ones, but the left generally has incendiary headlines and mindless drivel inside. Their only goal seems to be to write something attacking Trump. I guess it sells, but it makes them unreadable to anyone who thinks for themselves.
And the list below isn't as bad as most days where they have two diametrically opposed views on the same incident (something like Trump shows why America is Great vs. Trump embarrasses the whole country).

It's not good for a country............... I know that. Don't see an answer to it either. We want to read and watch news sources that back up our opinion. We talk to convince not to listen. It's not good.

I agree. It's called confirmation bias. It's the main reason I don't watch any MSM or FOX, etc anymore. I prefer to think for myself. Usually the truth is somewhere between what the MSM and what Fox, etc reports. I wish there was one station that just reported facts and offered no opinion. Of course, that station/show would probably fail.

The Wall Street Journal is the best of the newspapers. It obviously does have a pro-business bias, but its readership actually leans slightly Democratic, so they really can't be partisan.

I want news and conversation that challenges me to examine my own positions with FACTS. I don't wish to exist in the vacuum of an echo chamber. It's one of the reasons I keep coming here. It's also why I rarely respond with entire missives opting instead for a comment here and a comment there.

The WSJ is Murdoch owned. Their editorial board is filled with Hannity types unfortunately. It wa the best before Murdoch bought it.

Real Clear Politics is a curated site by right wingers. They're not middle of the road. Even I'm like, the non-Trump affirming on RCP stories are not very compelling. I think that's by design by the right wingers that are doing the picking of the stories there.
Even their polling average is suspect.

Only one time in my life have I ever finished a whole NYT puzzle. Yep,those things are hard. I tell my wife that if you showed the other puzzle makers in the company that produced them and challenged them to finish one of their co-workers puzzles hardly anyone of them would be able to finish one.
