some of them will, some of them wont. I wish google would drop them to the bottom of their images list cause most are unusable.

it's giphy.com's code and how they're preventing ctrl-c/ctrl-v on the fly.....something changed on their end.....it was only a month ago you could right click -> open image in new tab and copy/paste....
now that workaround is gone.....it's retarded how they're coding the internutz these days....
oh wellzy..... at some point, I'll simply say fk it.....
I'm just about finished with all this artsy fartsy shiTTTy arse coding bs....

Yeah...I've always used the IMG tags with little issue.

The image tags dont always work with giphy. I always use th eimage tags, and noticed that some of their gifs have started not to work. I figured they put some sort of blocker on them from executing if they were embedded.

yep.....they shut off the .webp when opening 'view image'.....
xxxxxxxx....giphy.gif won't work between [img][img] on this site....
Kronke's solution is the way to go....

Ummmm...that's exactly what I did...and have always done...pasting the image address.
I guess I wasn't realizing what the exact problem was.
