I gave it a few reads but I'd have to see it in action to understand it wholly. Basically it allows an organization to broadcast its messages to a group of recipients that would broadcast those messages to their followers — in essence, streamlining the retweet/repost process while also allowing the initial recipient to put his name on the message instead of simply retweeting the original message? I'm sure I'm both misunderstanding and simplifying what this is but that's a layman's interpretation at least.
