that after extensive searching in the ncaabbs database....
I banned Lee's entire *** **** NETBLOCK.
ALL 46,656 IP's YOUR ISP OWNS, for a total of 186,624 banned combinations.
IP's work like this:
xxx.xxx.yyy.yyy
The x's cannot be changed by you Lee...... those are ISP specific. So no matter what your IP may be... YOU'RE BANNED.

There are 3 Lee McKinney's in VA. 2 are over 300 miles from Herndon, VA. One is a mere 27 miles. :)
