Except he used to say the exact opposite.

Quote:Former Vice President Al Gore has weighed in on the record cold and snow in the U.S. “It’s bitter cold in parts of the US, but climate scientist Dr. Michael Mann explains that’s exactly what we should expect from the climate crisis,” Gore wrote on January 4 on Twitter.

Gore linked to one of his organizations’ articles on the brutal winter weather written by Climategate professor Michael Mann: The Climate Reality Project: A ‘PERFECT STORM’: EXTREME WINTER WEATHER, BITTER COLD, AND CLIMATE CHANGE
In the Gore touted article, Mann linked the cold and “lots of snow” to “climate change.”

Gore’s Oscar-winning documentary An Inconvenient Truth did not warn of record cold and increasing snowfalls as a consequence of man-made global warming. And as recently as 2009, Gore was hyping the lack of snow as evidence for man-made global warming. Source: “Gore Reports Snow and Ice Across the World Vanishing Quickly.”

one again, this proves two things.....

1. Algorism is a ******* idiot
2. see #1

this is why we need to pay our politicians like a top tier football coach, reduce the unethical lobbyists by strengthening oversight, and install term limits so we can begin to actually do the things that are necessary in all arenas and within our control.....

right now, we have too many low IQ min wage workers working in washtubbingtonnage.....and that applies to both sides of the aisle....

Lulz, I'd say this guy is a clown but he's been milking the idiots who believe him for 100s of millions of dollars ever since he got fat and grew a beard.

Let's see......bitter cold is EXACTLY what you'd expect to see from the effects of global warming.

Does anyone think that if this year's winter was extemely mild, or even warm, that these assclowns would be saying it disproves global warming?

The "crisis" is in it's 4.54 billionth year.

The climate was changing before there were humans on this planet and it will keep changing when we are long gone.

Hands up if you recall when the same groups of knuckleheads and scientists were saying that due to human impact that an ice age was coming.

Its like a religion....and like religion, the acolytes go knives out if the words of the prophets are questioned.

I wish reason would just break out.

Lets agree that the climate continually changes.
Lets agree that what we collectively do on a day to day basis has little impact on the above.
Lets agree that its a good thing to protect the environment with common sense steps.
Lets agree that cutting down forests around the globe in underdeveloped nations has a bajillion times bigger impact on all of this than whether you bike to work or drive a Prius.

Stop all the asinine predictions and cooking the books of the data to fit the narrative to whip the converted into a frenzy and keep the cash flowing.

damn rath, you're beginning to sound like someone with an PE engineering degree......you're starting to scare me with that pragmatic wizardry 03-wink

1972 IIRC, heard that from a prof in some 101 science-related class.

18,000-25,000 years since last ice age. Those were the good ol' days. Weather doesn't change much during an ice age.

The late 70s were cold and miserable.

Thermo nuclear warfare, inflitration by communists, ice age, killer bees, petroleum gone by year 2000, the year 2000 itself, ozone hole, global warming, 3/4 population dead from aids, killer robots are next.

Blah, blah, blah.

You forgot how us pumping all that carbon into the atmosphere was going to create the next ice age.

Also forgot the Population Bomb idiots that had us all starving to death by the late 1980’s.
