With the loss of Basile, Airington, Smith, and Pride from last season's team, I thought CSUB would lose some of their bite on defense this season. But it also appears they have lost their consistency on offense as well. They simply don't have the dependable scorers they had a year ago. Durham hasn't blossomed with his increased role and Joiner is still too young to be expected to show up every game.
