I understand it’s not a Conference Tie In but any chance Liberty Bowl invites us? Wouldn’t be much of a trip for the seniors but still? Just throwing it out there..

I could be wrong but I think both conferences made the bowl eligible requirements so it's no shot.

Liberty Bowl puts this **** out every few years to placate Memphis fans..

They tried by agreeing to a tie in with CUSA and we did not do our part- I am a little tired of their charade of 'trying to get MEmphis in wehn it ain't gonna happen...

They tried by agreeing to a tie in with CUSA and we did not do our part- I am a little tired of their charade of 'trying to get MEmphis in wehn it ain't gonna happen...

It was no "charade" on their part. They did everything humanly possible to give us a chance to play in our home stadium for a bowl game. It was our football program's failure that could not seal the deal.

The charade was after they dropped the tie in, they gave us, I agree it was our fault for years when we had a real chance
