USM/Michigan - EagNBran - 11-16-2017 07:44 PM

Don't talk about it until it ends please.

Can’t knock them for effort but size and depth will probably catch up with us.

I'm not watching it. Listening to Cox. Convinced that this is why we're playing well.

13-0 UM run since Cox said Michigan is "really struggling" to shoot the ball. Typical. Turning it off.

RE: USM/Michigan - Reggie Favre - 11-16-2017 08:48 PM

were 24.5 dogs, so coulda been worse. this 14 point loss feels like a victory nowadays.

it was a 21-1 run at it's worst IIRC.....

w/o watching the game it's a little tough to grade other than we didn't let go of the rope when we got down big early.....

taking a 1 pt. lead into the half was better than most expected......

I'm comfortable with what I've seen/heard to date.....

47 points

14 in the second half.

When is baseball

RE: USM/Michigan - eagle04 - 11-17-2017 01:11 PM

I listened to much of the first half. IMO what killed us was the lack of dominant center. They had one guy that was 7'1 245lbs and another at 6'11 who ate our lunch all night. The combined for 22pts and 17 boards.

Losing by 14 at the defending Big Ten champions’ place and actually leading at the half is nothing to be ashamed of.

Which is why mine is only the 10th post on the topic, natch.

But they'd have won if Griggs had started.
