At least I assume its at home since the caption on ESPN Game Tracker says "MGM RESORTS MAIN EVENT - CAMPUS GAME". Rice trails 53-33 atb 12:45 mark of the 2nd half...

Arkansas Little Rock who had lost previously to Ouchita Baptist led Memphis in Memphis almost the entire game including at one point 21-7. Memphis finally caught up and took the lead with about 3 minutes in the game and will win.

According to recent articles on various programs, GA State has a capital investment level for athletics of about $200 million. This has allowed them to renovate the "Ted" as their new FB stadium and I'm sure, to do other things as well. They may turn out to be short term members of the Sunbelt with that kind of fiscal backing.
